1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and utilizing our Mobile or Residential proxies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our proxies strictly for legal and ethical purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our network:
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or network stress testing.
- Accessing, downloading, or distributing illegal or child exploitation material.
- Financial fraud, credit card cracking, or identity theft.
- Spamming, phishing, or mass-mailing campaigns without consent.
- Any action that violates the local laws of the target IP's jurisdiction.
3. Account Security & Payments
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. All deposits made via Cryptomus or Binance are final. Funds added to your wallet are non-transferable and can only be used to purchase proxy data or time.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of proxy IPs and bandwidth, all purchases are generally non-refundable. If our network experiences prolonged downtime (over 24 hours) that breaches our SLA, you may contact support for a proportionate credit compensation.
5. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we detect any violation of these Terms of Service. In such cases, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
